Line and Laura's Bun recipesRecipe for buns served Friday morning, at the micro climate workshop. For this kind of buns you can mix all kinds of flavour (grains), as long as the one half is wheat. You can also add seeds if you like. Ingredients 1 litre of flavour Heat the oven till 250°C. Use a spoon to put the dough on to the plate. Bake for 15 minutes. Sportsbuns2 tablespoons of oil Mix yeast and salt, pour in oil and heated (not boiling!!) milk. Mix everything else in and knead it to a solid and dough. Form about 16 buns and let them rise for one hour. They have to be in the oven for about 25 minutes at 200 °C |
